This Range Rover SVR has a killer winter package featuring a set of 22″ Double Black Redbourne Nobel Wheels wrapped in a set of Pirelli Scorpion Winter tires. The Double Black finish on the wheels has a gloss black finish on the faces of the spokes, and a matte black finish on the rest of the wheel to give some more depth to the wheel and be something outside of a typical black winter wheel.
